Introduction

Welcome and thank you for using the GreaterGood South Africa.co.za site ("the site"). The site incorporates both The GreaterGood South Africa Trust donations information and processing site; and The Good Shop, a not-for-profit Section 21 home shopping site that markets and sells the products of Non Profit Organisations.

Both The GreaterGood South Africa Trust and The Good Shop are registered at:

Postnet Suite 13, Private Bag X16, Constantia 7848.

Unless the context otherwise indicates, references to "the site" are deemed to include both of these entities as "The GreaterGood SA entities".

The site is hosted and managed in the Republic of South Africa and aims to promote a culture of philanthropy and expand the communications between non profit organisations and the general public by facilitating all forms of donation, as well as the sale of goods manufactured by Non Profit Organisations.

Donations through, and/or purchases made from the site are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to the exclusion of all other terms. By shopping or browsing on this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, and the other policies displayed on this site.

For the purposes of this Agreement the terms "our", "we" and/or "The GreaterGood South Africa entities" shall mean The Greater Good South Africa Trust or The Good Shop.

Information

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that information provided about Non Profit Organisations listed on this site is accurate and current, you should not assume that the information provided is always current or that this site contains all the relevant information available.

Your Comments

We value your comments, ideas, suggestions and feedback in connection with your use of the site but neither The GreaterGood South Africa Trust nor The Good Shop shall be obliged to respond to, maintain or compensate you in any way whatsoever for your comments. Once submitted or offered, your comments shall become the property of the entities which shall thus exclusively own all such rights, title and interests in the comments and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any of the comments.

You warrant that the comments submitted by you to the site do not and will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or any other personal or proprietary right. You agree not to submit or offer any comments that will be or will contain any defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material. The GreaterGood South Africa Trust and/or The Good Shop disclaim any liability towards any third party regarding your comments and you shall remain accountable towards any third party regarding the contents of your comments.

Customer Service

You and your personal charity choice are the most important part of the GreaterGoodSA.co.za service and we would like to ensure that your experience is positive and that your donations are well used. We are committed to providing you with a free and easy way to make a difference through your everyday online activity, and to working as far as possible to meet your individual needs and preferences. Should you be dissatisfied with any part of the GreaterGoodSA.co.za service, or with any product purchased through GreaterGoodSA.co.za., our client service representatives are available to provide support and to ensure, as far as possible, that your satisfaction is achieved.

All beneficiaries on GreaterGoodSA.co.za must commit to providing the GreaterGood South Africa Trust with their annual audited financial statements and an annual narrative report each year. In addition, all beneficiaries must commit to providing us with detailed reports and accounts on the support they have received. These will be verified by the GreaterGood South Africa Trust team and will be posted, together with photographs, in the Cause Reportback pages on GreaterGoodSA.co.za so that you can see how your support has contributed to the Greater Good of your cause of choice and for all in South Africa. Where you have requested copies of the report, these will be emailed directly to you.
