Dance for All’s mission is to provide children in historically disadvantaged communities with the opportunity for enjoyment, promotion of self esteem and empowerment through the medium of dance, as well as training professional dancers and developing a unique, indigenous dance company.

Sacrena Sporting Organisation

SACRENA is a sporting organization. Using sports as a tool and means of advocacy of disseminating messages on health, education and life skills to youths and Kisumu’s 4 slums communities. SACRENA exits to live in breaking the silence, empowerment, care programmes, self-help events, renewing values, responsibility, visibility, identifying resources and championing passion to address common human problems at the villages of Lake Victoria’s Kisumu City Region.

SACREN networks with sporting foundations, well-wishers colleagues, playing friends, sporting organizations, NGOs, and faith based organizations that want to work with her to help and support her initiatives. SACRENA also champions the sporting activities within communities and conducting clean ups and collecting garbage at the slums.

SACRENA welcome supports, partnership, encouragements and motivations from colleagues to let her carry on and make the Great Lake Victoria region a better place for sporting as a tool to address the social common problems. SACRENA is not discriminative; we support and do sports without judgments, gender and faith sensitive. We respect one's culture and background.

Motivators, volunteers and researches are encouraged to be part and parcel of SACRENA.

SCORE

One of SCORE's ongoing objectives is to increase equity in sport by increasing participation of girls and women. Programs focus on introducing girls to historically male-dominated sports, developing girls' and women's sports clubs, ensuring female representation on sports committees and delivering specific sports leadership and assertiveness training workshops.

The Youth Sports Association in Kigali

Prevailing conditions in Rwanda contribute to the potential for an HIV & AIDS explosion. In particular, adolescents (10-14 years) and youths (15-19 years) are considered most vulnerable to HIV infection. The knowledge, attitudes & practices of Rwandese in relation to HIV & AIDS greatly contribute to the threat posed by the disease, which is further exacerbated by the loss of qualified teachers during the genocide.
