Our Mission Statement

To develop talents of vulnerable young people in order to equip them with the necessary skills to enable them lead a sustainable life of comfort and success.

Executive Summary

Kampala School of Excellence Ministries (KSEM) is a Non-governmental organization which was established in 2000 with an aim of developing the talents of vulnerable young people in sports in order to equip them with skills to enable them live a sustainable life of comfort.

The Organisation is dedicated to ensure child care and protection through, sensitisation Community outreach programmes and networking in order to promote productivity, innovation and self reliance among young people in Uganda.

KSEM aspires to represent the collective independent voice of the disadvantaged youths and children endowed with talents through sports and other activities.

The organisation aims at contributing to the socio-cultural and economic development of Orphans and Vulnerable Children in Uganda by creating opportunities for children to acquire skills that are relevant to acquire a productive and meaningful life.

Achievements

• The programme has been able to provide access to education through provision of sports bursaries to orphaned talented youths

• Over 200 youths have been able to receive sports instruction and training

• In football only we have over 50 players playing in the national football league in the last seven years

Goals and Objectives

• To promote the general welfare of the African child especially in rural areas of Uganda through sensitisation of people on the importance of education, healthcare and Talent development

• To create awareness among the public on the challenges facing children especially the AIDS scourge, misuse of drugs and domestic violence

• To establish talent educational institutional structures and facilities
